Chapter 439B - Restraining Costs of Health Care
NRS 439B.733 - "Screen" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 439B.733 (2022)
"Screen" means to conduct the medical screening examination required to be provided to a patient in the emergency department of a hospital pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1395dd.
