Chapter 439B - Restraining Costs of Health Care
NRS 439B.730 - "Prudent person" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 439B.730 (2022)
"Prudent person" means a person who:
1. Is not a provider of health care;
2. Possesses an average knowledge of health and medicine; and
3. Is acting reasonably under the circumstances.
