§ 21-2-380.1. Appointment of Absentee Ballot Clerk

Universal Citation: GA Code § 21-2-380.1 (2021)

The governing authority of a municipality shall appoint an absentee ballot clerk who may be the county registrar or any other designated official and who shall perform the duties set forth in this article.

The 2017 amendment, effective July 1, 2017, deleted ", municipal registrar," following "county registrar" in the middle of this Code section.
