Section 16-28B-7Freedoms of speech and expression. This chapter shall not affect the freedom of speech and freedom of expression guaranteed each student under the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, and other applicable statutory law provided in the Code of Alabama 1975.
