Jangula v. Jangula
No. 20060168
Per Curiam.
[¶1] Gloria Jangula appeals from an amended divorce judgment after this Court reversed and remanded the district court's property distribution in Jangula v. Jangula, 2005 ND 203, ¶¶ 1, 17, 706 N.W.2d 85. Gloria Jangula argues the district court improperly applied the Ruff-Fischer guidelines on remand and clearly erred in awarding the parties' home to Jerome Jangula. She argues the Ruff-Fischer guidelines require an award of at least half of the equity in the home to her. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
