[¶1] Darrie Lindberg appeals from a Burke County District Court judgment upon jury verdict which ordered him to pay Eugene Deptuch $60,000 for the purchase of promissory notes. Judgment affirmed under North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure 35.1(a)(3).
