Per Curiam.

[¶1] Diane Rieger appeals two criminal judgments entered after she pled guilty to issuing checks without sufficient funds in violation of N.D.C.C. § 6-08-16. Rieger appeals on grounds not raised in the trial court and has failed to provide a transcript.

[¶2] Affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(1).
