Emrick T. Spotted Horse appeals a criminal judgment entered after the court, in a bench trial, found him guilty of giving a false report to a law enforcement officer in violation of section 12.1-11-03, N.D.C.C. Spotted Horse argues he did not possess the requisite intent for the offense. We affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(1), N.D.R.App.P.
