Per Curiam.

James Krise appealed from a district court divorce judgment dividing the marital property and awarding spousal support to Gail Krise. James asserts that the trial court abused its discretion in allowing an amendment to the pleadings and challenges the findings of fact on property division and spousal support.

The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2) and (4), N.D.R.App.P. We deny Gail's request for attorney's fees on appeal.
