ORDER

WHEREAS, by order filed on December 19, 1997, this court accepted the request of the Honorable John T. Finley, respondent, for a voluntary administrative leave with pay from his judicial duties and entered the interim suspension with pay "until final disposition of any pending criminal and disciplinary proceedings or until further order of this court; " and

WHEREAS, the Honorable John T. Finley has moved this court for reinstatement to the bench, demonstrating that the conditions of the suspension order have been satisfied by the completion of all pending proceedings including the issuance by the Board of Judicial Standards of a public reprimand to respondent;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Honorable John T. Finley be, and the same is, reinstated to his judicial office effective with the filing of this order.
