United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. - 64 F.3d 657
Submitted July 25, 1995.Decided Aug. 15, 1995
Anthony Grandison, Appellant Pro Se. John Joseph Curran, Jr., Attorney General, Stephanie Judith Lane-Weber, Assistant Attorney General, Baltimore, MD, for Appellees.
Before WILKINS, NIEMEYER, and MICHAEL, Circuit Judges.
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Grandison v. Smith, No. CA-94-226-B (D.Md. May 22, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
