421.104 Construction against implied repeal. Chapters 421 to 427 being a general act intended as a unified coverage of the subject matter of such chapters, no part of chs. 421 to 427 shall be deemed to be impliedly repealed by subsequent legislation if such construction can reasonably be avoided.421.104 - ANNOT.
