WA Rev Code § 77.15.196 (2013) What's This?

RCW 77.15.196 Unlawful poison — Penalty.

(1) It is unlawful to poison or attempt to poison any animal using sodium fluoroacetate, also known as compound 1080, or sodium cyanide.

     (2) A person violating this section is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
