2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 87.03.857: Merger of minor irrigation district into major irrigation district — Existing water rights not impaired.

    Nothing in RCW 87.03.530(2) and 87.03.845 through 87.03.855 shall authorize the impairment or operate to impair any existing water rights.
