2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 74.42.920: Chapter 74.42 RCW suspended — Effective date delayed until January 1, 1981.

    Chapter 74.42 RCW shall be suspended immediately, and its effective date delayed so that it shall take effect on January 1, 1981.

Notes:
         Effective date -- 1980 c 184 § 19: "Section 19 of this 1980 act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, the support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and shall take effect immediately [April 4, 1980]."
