the Revised Code of Washington
2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 74.13.139: "Secretary" and "department" defined.
As used in RCW
26.33.320 and
74.13.100 through
74.13.145 the following definitions shall apply:
(1) "Secretary" means the secretary of the department of social and health services or his designee.
(2) "Department" means the department of social and health services.
