2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 71.24.3201: Contracts for regional support network services. (Expires June 30, 2007.)

    (1) The department of social and health services shall enter into a contract with regional support networks for the period ending August 31, 2006. The department shall issue a request for proposal to the extent required by RCW 71.24.320 and the contract shall be effective September 1, 2006.

         (2) This section expires June 30, 2007.
