2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 71.05.660: Treatment records — Privileged communications unaffected.

    Nothing in this chapter or chapter 70.96A, 71.05, 71.34, or 70.96B RCW shall be construed to interfere with communications between physicians or psychologists and patients and attorneys and clients.
