2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 70.96B.040: Powers of designated crisis responder. (Expires July 1, 2008.)

    In addition to the provisions of this chapter, a designated crisis responder has all the powers and duties of a designated mental health professional as well as the powers and duties of a designated chemical dependency specialist under RCW 70.96A.120.
