2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 70.103.060: Lead paint account.
The lead paint account is created in the state treasury. All receipts from RCW 70.103.030 shall be deposited into the account. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used only for the purposes of this chapter.
