2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 69.41.072: Violations of chapter 69.50 RCW not to be charged under chapter 69.41 RCW — Exception.

    Any offense which is a violation of chapter 69.50 RCW other than RCW 69.50.4012 shall not be charged under this chapter.
