2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 69.04.315: Halibut — Misbranding by failure to show proper name.

    No person shall label or offer for sale any food fish product designated as halibut, with or without additional descriptive words unless such food fish product is Hippoglossus Hippoglossus or Hippoglossus Stenolepsis. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of misbranding under the provisions of this chapter.
