2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 69.04.003: "Federal act" defined.

    The term "federal act" means the federal food, drug, and cosmetic act, approved on June 25, 1938. (Title 21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.; 52 Stat. 1040 et seq.)
