2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 68.32.030: Vested right — Termination.

    No conveyance or other action of the owner without the written consent of the spouse of the owner divests the spouse of a vested right of placement. A final decree of divorce between them terminates the vested right of placement unless otherwise provided in the decree.
