2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 68.04.190: "Cemetery authority."

    "Cemetery authority" means an entity that has obtained a certificate of authority to operate a cemetery from the cemetery board, or any other entity that operates a cemetery that is not under the jurisdiction of the cemetery board.
