2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 50.20.042: Unemployed aerospace workers — Training.
Aerospace workers unemployed as the result of downsizing and restructuring of the aerospace industry will be deemed to be dislocated workers for the purpose of commissioner approval of training under RCW 50.20.043.
