Washington Revised Code RCW 50.01.020: Report on chapter 133, Laws of 2005. (Expires January 1, 2008.)

    (1) By October 1, 2006, and October 1, 2007, the employment security department must report to the appropriate committees of the legislature on the impact, or projected impact, of sections 2 and 3, chapter 133, Laws of 2005 on the unemployment trust fund in the three consecutive fiscal years beginning with the year before the report date.

         (2) This section expires January 1, 2008.

         Reviser's note: This section was directed to be codified in chapter 50.29 RCW, but placement in chapter 50.01 RCW appears to be more appropriate.

         Additional employees authorized--2005 c 133: "To establish additional capacity within the employment security department, the department is authorized to add two full-time equivalent employees to develop economic models for estimating the impacts of policy changes on the unemployment insurance system and the unemployment trust fund." [2005 c 133 § 8.]
