2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 48.90.080: Initial implementation of plan — Conditions.
The initial implementation of the plan shall be conditioned upon establishment of the minimum deposits in the contributing trust fund at least thirty days prior to the first effective date of the program for its first year of operation.
