2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 48.90.040: Chapter exclusive.

    Except as provided in this chapter, self-insurance plans formed and implemented pursuant to this chapter shall be governed by this chapter and shall be exempt from all other provisions of the insurance laws of this state.
