2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 48.31C.160: Dual holding company system membership.
If an insurance company holding a certificate of authority from the commissioner under chapter 48.05 RCW is a member of both a health carrier holding company system under this chapter and an insurance holding company system under chapter 48.31B RCW, then chapter 48.31B RCW applies to the authorized insurance company.
