2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 48.21A.040: Agents, brokers, and solicitors.

    Notwithstanding the provisions of RCW 48.17.200, any person licensed to transact disability insurance as an agent, broker or solicitor may transact extended health insurance and may be paid a commission thereon.
