2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 48.02.030: Bond.

    Before entering upon his duties the commissioner shall execute a bond to the state in the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars, to be approved by the state treasurer and the attorney general, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of his office.
