2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 47.76.350: Monitoring federal rail policies.
The department of transportation shall continue to monitor federal rail policies and congressional action and communicate to Washington's congressional delegation and federal transportation agencies the need for a balanced transportation system and associated funding.
