2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 47.64.310: Interest arbitration — Function.

    An interest arbitration proceeding under RCW 47.64.300 exercises a state function and is, for the purposes of this chapter, functioning as a state agency. Chapter 34.05 RCW does not apply to an interest arbitration proceeding under this chapter.
