2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 47.10.871: Additional repayment means.

    The legislature may provide additional means for raising moneys for the payment of the principal and interest on the bonds authorized in RCW 47.10.867, and RCW 47.10.869 and 47.10.870 are not deemed to provide an exclusive method for their payment.
