2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 47.10.837: Designation of funds to repay bonds and interest.

    Principal and interest payments made on loans authorized by chapter 47.46 RCW shall be deposited into the motor vehicle fund and shall be available for the payment of principal and interest on bonds authorized by RCW 47.10.834 through 47.10.841 and for such other purposes as may be specified by law.
