2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.176.040: Small business incubator account.
The small business incubator account is created in the custody of the state treasurer. All money received for the incubator program under RCW 43.176.030 must be deposited in the account. Expenditures from the account may be used only for the small business incubator program. Only the director of the department of community, trade, and economic development or the director's designee may authorize expenditures from the account. The account is subject to the allotment procedures under chapter 43.88 RCW, but an appropriation is not required for expenditures.
