2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 43.121.040: Executive director, salary — Staff.

    The governor may employ an executive director who shall be exempt from the provisions of chapter 41.06 RCW, and such other staff as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The salary of the executive director shall be fixed by the governor pursuant to RCW 43.03.040.
