2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 42.16.016: Cancellation of warrants — Refund of increased balance amounts in agency payroll revolving fund.
All amounts increasing the balance in the agency payroll revolving fund, as a result of the cancellation of warrants issued therefrom shall be refunded by the state treasurer to the appropriate state agency. The refund shall be deposited by the agency to the fund from which such amount was originally withdrawn for deposit in the agency payroll revolving fund.
