2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 29A.53.040: Application of election laws. (Expires July 1, 2013.)

    To the extent they are not inconsistent with this chapter, the laws governing elections apply to the pilot project on instant runoff voting authorized by this chapter. The authority of a city meeting the criteria of RCW 29A.53.020 and 29A.53.070 to participate in an election conducted under the instant runoff voting method expires on July 1, 2013.
