2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 29A.44.060: Voting booths.
The county auditor shall provide in each polling place a sufficient number of voting booths or voting devices along with any supplies necessary to enable the voter to mark or register his or her choices on the ballot and within which the voters may cast their votes in secrecy.
