2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 29A.12.170: Consultation with information services board.

    In developing technical standards for voting technology and systems to be accessible for individuals with disabilities, the secretary shall consult with the information services board. The board shall review and make recommendations regarding proposed technical standards prior to implementation.
