2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 28A.415.145: Rules.

    The professional educator standards board and the superintendent of public instruction shall adopt rules as necessary under chapter 34.05 RCW to carry out the purposes of RCW 28A.415.100 through 28A.415.140.
