2005 Washington Revised Code RCW 28A.305.210: Assistance of educational service district boards and superintendents — Scope. (Expires July 1, 2007.)

    (1) During the 2005-2007 biennium until *the effective date of this act, educational service districts may, at the request of the state board of education, receive and screen applications for school accreditation, conduct school accreditation site visits pursuant to state board of education rules, and submit to the state board of education postsite visit recommendations for school accreditation. The educational service districts may assess a cooperative service fee to recover actual plus reasonable indirect costs for the purposes of this subsection.

    (2) This section expires July 1, 2007.
