55-413 - Record determining slayer admissible.

§ 55-413. Record determining slayer admissible.

The record of the judicial proceeding in which the slayer was determined to be such, pursuant to § 55-401, shall be admissible in evidence for or against a claimant of property in any civil action arising under this chapter. A conviction shall be conclusive evidence of the guilt of the alleged slayer.
