63.2-620. Child care services for TANF and low-income families.

The Department shall identify strategies for Virginia to obtain the maximumamount of federal funds available for child care services for TANF recipientsand families whose incomes are at or below 185 percent of the federal povertylevel. The Department shall provide an annual report on these strategies tothe chairmen of the House Committees on Appropriations and Health, Welfareand Institutions and Senate Committees on Finance and Rehabilitation andSocial Services by December 15.
