63.2-619. Evaluation and reporting.

A. In administering the Program, the Commissioner shall develop and useevaluation methods that measure achievement of the goals specified in 63.2-601.

B. The Commissioner shall file an annual report with the Governor and GeneralAssembly regarding the achievement of such goals.

The annual report shall include a full assessment of the Program, includingits effectiveness and funding status, statewide and for each locality; and acomparison of the results of the previous annual reports. The Departmentshall publish the outcome criteria to be included in the annual report.
