60.2-629. Redetermination of claims.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this title, the Commission may, atany time within one year from the date the deputy's determination becomesfinal pursuant to 60.2-619, redetermine any monetary determination issuedby a deputy from which no appeal was taken by the claimant. Notice of anysuch redetermination shall be given promptly to the interested parties, andan appeal from such redetermination may be filed within the time and in themanner prescribed for an appeal from any original determination. If no suchappeal is filed such redetermination shall be final. Any redeterminationhereunder shall be limited to monetary determinations containing (i) an errorin computation or (ii) newly discovered wages of the claimant pertinent tosuch determination.
