2006 Code of Virginia § 60.2-306 - Fund continued; available to Commission

60.2-306. Fund continued; available to Commission.

The special fund in the state treasury known as the Unemployment CompensationAdministration Fund is continued. All moneys which are deposited or paid intothis fund shall be held for use by the Commission.
