2006 Code of Virginia § 59.1-75 - Penalty for violation

59.1-75. Penalty for violation.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty ofa misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding$2,500 or by confinement in jail for not more than one year, or both.
